Biggest plastic filter with cutout for butterfly valve delivered

On the 6^th of June 2020 STC Trade delivered 4 large HDPE filters. Special features of these filters are the size of the inlet (600 mm) and the so-called ‘dent’ or cutout, because the butterfly valve rotates in the mudbox on the outflow side. It’s a very unique and rare construction and it was great to design and deliver these special custom-made filters.

Two filters have a cutout of 180 degrees, one at 90 degrees and one at 105 degrees. The filters are approximately 1000 mm high and have a diameter of more than 800 mm.
